The EIS Development Voucher is a grant measure by Enterprise Estonia (EIS — Estonian Business and Innovation Agency, formerly EAS/Kredex), designed to boost the innovation capacity of Estonian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Applications can be submitted on a rolling basis.
The grant enables companies to receive up to €35,000 in funding to engage expert services and personnel for innovation projects where the company's internal competence or resources are limited. Self-financing must be at least 30% of the total project cost. The grant can be applied for up to two times.
The project must be aimed at developing a novel solution and fall within at least one TAIE focus area. The grant is ideal for prototyping, testing, feasibility studies and other R&D activities in collaboration with experienced partners like Alder Solutions.

Min 8 employees
The programme is suitable for companies that have been operating for at least 2 years, have at least 8 full-time employees and whose last financial year's export revenue is at least €50,000. The planned development plan must contribute to at least one triple transition direction (innovation, digitalization, sustainable development) and be related to a TAIE focus area.
Each participating company receives a personal account manager from Enterprise Estonia who helps with developing the growth plan, supports implementation and measures results. As a development partner, we help execute the IT and digitalization part of the development plan.
